WOOWEE Inc. (operating as WOOWEE, "we," "us," or "our") is committed to handling your personal information with transparency and care. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you access or use the WOOWEE platform, including woowee.ai and any related subdomain, application, or interface (collectively, the "Platform").
WOOWEE is designed and intended for use by individuals located in Canada and the United States. This Privacy Policy is written with those jurisdictions in mind. If you access the Platform from outside Canada or the United States, please see Section 7 (International Users) below.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.

We collect the following categories of personal information:
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account Registration Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you register using Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email address from Google as authorized by you. AI Profile Information: If you create an AI Profile, we collect the business information, photos, product/service details, contact information, and any other content you choose to upload to your Profile. Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan or connect a payment processing account to accept purchases, payment card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. Gift Card Purchase and Redemption Information: If you purchase a gift card through an AI Profile, we collect the name and email address of the purchaser, along with a record of the gift card's original value, remaining balance, and redemption history. This information is shared with the Merchant issuing the gift card, as described in Section 5.1, so that they may honor and track its use. Communications: If you contact us at [email protected], we collect the content of your communications and any information you choose to provide. 3.2 Information Collected From Visitors
If you interact with a WOOWEE AI Profile as a Visitor, we collect the content of your conversation with that AI Profile. If you voluntarily provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information during that conversation, this information is collected and made available to the Merchant operating that AI Profile, as described in Section 6 below.
3.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session frequency, session duration, and interaction patterns; Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and language settings; Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and pages viewed; Cookie Data: Information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 9 of this Policy. 3.4 Session Recording and Behavioral Data
We use Microsoft Clarity, a third-party analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to record user sessions on the Platform. Microsoft Clarity may collect mouse movements and click patterns, scroll behavior, page interactions and navigation patterns, and session replays and heatmap data. This data is used to improve the user experience of the Platform. Microsoft Clarity's collection and use of this data is governed by Microsoft's Privacy Policy, available at privacy.microsoft.com. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection of this behavioral data by Microsoft Clarity on our behalf.
3.5 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
- HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
4.1 To Provide and Improve the Platform
Creating and managing your account and AI Profile; Powering your AI Profile's conversational responses to Visitors; Processing Marketplace Transactions and payments, including gift card purchases and redemptions; Sending order and transaction notifications, including SMS text message alerts to Merchants who have enabled this feature, as described in Section 5.2; Analyzing usage patterns to improve Platform functionality and user experience; Troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining Platform security. 4.2 To Communicate With You
Sending service-related notices, updates, and security alerts; Notifying you of new conversations, followers, and sales, where you have not opted out of these notifications; Responding to your inquiries and support requests; Sending marketing communications if you have opted in to receive them. 4.3 For Legal and Safety Purposes
Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations; Enforcing our Terms of Use; Protecting the rights, property, and safety of WOOWEE Inc., our users, and the public; Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent or illegal activity. 4.4 Legitimate Business Interests
Analyzing aggregated, anonymized data to understand usage trends; Improving our AI-powered services; Developing new features and services. 5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
5.1 Visitor Information Shared With Merchants
If you are a Visitor and you voluntarily provide your name, email, phone number, or other personal information during a conversation with an AI Profile, that information is shared with the Merchant operating that AI Profile, so that they may follow up with you. If you purchase a gift card through an AI Profile, your name, email address, and redemption activity are similarly shared with the issuing Merchant, so that they may honor and track its use. WOOWEE Inc. is not responsible for how a Merchant subsequently uses information you have voluntarily provided to them.
5.2 With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including payment processors, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, third-party AI service providers, email delivery services, SMS/text messaging providers (used to deliver order and transaction alerts to Merchants who enable this feature), and analytics providers (including Microsoft, for Clarity). All service providers are engaged under obligations to protect your information and may only use it for the specific purposes for which it was shared.
5.3 For Legal Compliance
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, government authority, or regulatory body, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of WOOWEE Inc., prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Platform, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
5.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
5.5 Aggregated and Anonymized Data
We may share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties for research, analytics, or business purposes.
- AI PROCESSING DISCLOSURE
The Platform relies on third-party artificial intelligence service providers to generate conversational responses on behalf of Merchants. When you interact with an AI Profile, your message content may be processed by these third-party AI providers in order to generate a response. We do not share your account credentials with third-party AI providers. Message content is processed subject to WOOWEE Inc.'s data handling practices as described in this Policy; we encourage Visitors to avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or health information) through the chat interface.
- INTERNATIONAL USERS
WOOWEE is designed and intended for use by individuals located in Canada and the United States, and this Privacy Policy — including the rights and protections described herein — is structured accordingly. If you access or use the Platform from outside Canada or the United States, including from the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk. WOOWEE Inc. does not represent or warrant that the Platform complies with the data protection laws of any jurisdiction outside Canada and the United States, and does not currently offer the specific rights or protections established under regimes such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal information may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where WOOWEE Inc. or its service providers maintain infrastructure.
- COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you and remember your preferences.
8.1 Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies: Necessary for the Platform to function properly, including authentication and security cookies. These cannot be disabled. Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how users interact with the Platform, including session recording through Microsoft Clarity. Preference Cookies: Used to remember your settings and preferences. Marketing Cookies: Used to deliver relevant marketing communications if you have opted in. These are only active if you have provided consent. 8.2 Third-Party Cookies
Third-party services integrated with the Platform, including Google (for sign-in) and Microsoft (for Clarity analytics), may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.
8.3 Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
8.4 Do Not Track
Our Platform does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals; however, we do honor opt-out requests for marketing communications as described in this Policy.
- DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
Visitor Conversation Data: Retained for up to 90 days from the date of the conversation, after which it may be deleted. Gift Card Purchase and Redemption Data: Retained for as long as the associated gift card balance remains active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and dispute-resolution purposes. Account and AI Profile Information: Retained for the duration of your account. Account Deletion: If you delete your account, WOOWEE Inc. will revoke your login access immediately. Your personal information, including your AI Profile data, will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your account deletion request, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. Legal and Compliance Records: Retained for as long as necessary to comply with applicable law. When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
- DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, and loss. These measures include encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols, access controls limiting who within our organization can access personal information, and contractual security requirements imposed on our service providers.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm to affected users, we will notify affected users and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable Canadian and U.S. law.

We will respond to verified privacy rights requests within 30 days for Canadian users and 45 days for California users, subject to applicable extensions permitted by law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
- CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a user under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. - THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, AI service providers, SMS/text messaging providers, and analytics providers. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Platform operated by WOOWEE Inc. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of any third-party websites or services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
- GOOGLE SIGN-IN DISCLOSURE
The Platform offers Google Sign-In as an authentication option. When you choose to sign in using Google, you authorize Google to share your name and email address with WOOWEE Inc. for the purpose of creating and managing your account. Our use of information received from Google Sign-In adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not receive or store your Google password.
- MICROSOFT CLARITY DISCLOSURE
We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with the Platform through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve our services. Platform usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses this data, visit Microsoft's Privacy Policy at privacy.microsoft.com.
- SMS/TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS DISCLOSURE
Merchants may optionally enable SMS Order Alerts, which notify them by text message when a sale is completed through their AI Profile. To provide this feature, we share the Merchant's phone number, and details of the completed transaction, with our third-party SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of sending that notification. This provider's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy. A Merchant may disable SMS Order Alerts at any time through their dashboard.
- CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and post the revised Policy on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform and contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of your account and personal information.
- QUEBEC LANGUAGE COMPLIANCE
